Hey, I'm Alysha
I’m the Founder of Building Future Leaders, which supports young professionals to achieve their personal and professional goals by running coaching sessions, events and workshops.
As a certified and accredited life coach I love to see people reach their full potential and live a life of fulfilment, happiness and peace.
MY EXPERIENCE
Career Background
My background is in Economics and Finance where I started my career before I moved into the housing sector working for the Government's National Housing Agency in its' Investments Department and then for one of the UK's largest house builders. My previous experience also includes being a Non-Executive Director at Southdown Housing Association and a Board Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) Futures. I am a passionate advocate for improving diversity within the housing sector.
Passion
I'm a passionate advocate for supporting the learning and development of young people in their careers. For example, I founded the Economics Society at The University of Northampton with the aim to develop students' employability skills. I was one of the founders and chaired the Graduate and Apprentices Network at the Government's National Housing Agency. As part of being a Board Member of CIH Futures, I helped launch the National Housing Essay Competition for those aged 18-25 years old across the UK where the winner secured a paid summer internship. My skillset as a young professional gives me a unique ability to support other young professionals to live a fulfilled personal and professional life.
