Service Description

An interactive workshop designed to empower you to gain clarity around your goals and the steps needed to achieve them. We also focus on identifying any limiting beliefs that may be holding you back from fulfilling your potential. This workshop includes a mix of coaching and NLP models (Maximum number of participants - 15 people). Is Group Coaching for you? Group coaching provides a peer support network, which aims to: - Motivate you to achieve your goals - Help you learn from others who share a common goal and - Be held accountable to the actions you should take to make your goals a reality What you’ll get out of it: - Gain clarity around what is important to you and the steps you could take to achieve your desired outcome. - Learn coaching techniques and NLP models that you can apply in your day to day life - Improved self-confidence and self-awareness - Build relationships with like-minded people and feel more positive about life.
