COACHING PACKAGES
121 Life Coaching
As your coach I will work with you to provide clarity around what it is that you want to achieve and the steps that you could take in order to make your goals a reality. I will help to identify any limiting beliefs that may be holding you back so that you can achieve your full potential. Coaching is completely confidential, and my coaching sessions take place on the phone or via zoom (your preference) for 60 minutes per session.
Being the Best You
A FREE leadership course designed to encourage you to understand what makes you your authentic self and how to utilise and grow your skill set to be the best version of you.
The course brings together like-minded young professionals who want to improve their personal and professional development.
Group Coaching
A 5-hour interactive workshop designed to empower you to gain clarity around your goals and the steps needed to achieve them. We also focus on identifying any limiting beliefs that may be holding you back from fulfilling your potential. This workshop includes a mix of coaching and NLP models (Maximum number of participants - 15 people).
