Career Background
Alysha's background is in Economics and Finance where she started her career before she moved into the housing sector working for the Government's National Housing Agency in its' Investments Department and then for one of the UK's largest housebuilders - Taylor Wimpey. Alysha is currently a Non-Executive Director at Southdown Housing Association and a Board Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) Futures.
Passion
Alysha is a passionate advocate for supporting the learning and development of young people, addressing the housing and construction's sectors skills gap and improving diversity within the sector. Due to Alysha's passion for both young people and housing, Building Future Leaders was established in 2021.

Alysha is an accredited and certified Life Coach for Young People and an NLP Practitioner.
