Building Future Leaders provides the next generation of future leaders in housing with the opportunities needed to maximise their full potential.
With 20% of the sector set to retire by 2027 we provide a number of services to address the skills gap and inspire the next generation of leaders to work in the sector. We also support young professionals who already work in the sector to advance their careers through providing workshops, events and coaching.

Career Background
Alysha's background is in Economics and Finance where she started her career before she moved into the housing sector working for the Government's National Housing Agency in its' Investments Department. I now work full time for one of the UK's largest housebuilders and I am a passionate advocate for improving diversity within the housing sector. In addition to this, I am a Non-Executive Director at Southdown Housing Association and I am currently a Board Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) Futures.
